Girls on the Run is a program for girls in grades 3-8 that combines physical activity with life skills lessons. Our goal is to help girls build confidence, find their voice, and learn to make a positive impact. Through fun games and activities, and a celebratory 5K, girls learn essential life skills while building friendships and having a blast!
