Mental Health Awareness Week is Here! Join us May 19th–23rd as we celebrate themed spirit days that promote mindfulness, empathy, and community support. Each day is a chance to take care of our mental well-being — together! BONUS! PIZZA GIVEAWAY Come by the Family Education Center any day during the week dressed up in the day Theme and you’ll be entered for a chance to win a free pizza! Here's what’s happening: Mindful Monday – Wear your PJs or something comfy and take a moment to center yourself. Twin Tuesday – You’re not alone—twin with a friend to show unity. Workout Wednesday – Dress in your favorite exercise gear and get moving! Thinking Cap Thursday – Wear a hat and reflect on what you’re grateful for. Feel Good Friday: Greenout Day – Wear green to support mental health awareness.
